HTFN Conference in Lisbon

This year, the conference took place in Lisbon, Portugal. The charming city captivated us all, and we were able to experience a wonderful week. Packed with great people, interesting meetings, exciting topics of conversation, and a small social media training session, we had the pleasure of staying at the Epic Sana Marques and enjoying Portuguese hospitality. In addition to Fado music and traditional dances, a wine tour was, of course, a highlight. A big thank you to everyone who made this conference what it was. And for sure our motto: “You can’t stop us” is exactly what HTFN represents! There is nothing that couldn’t stop us from doing what we’re best. We look forward to seeing you all next year in Miami!

The demand for e-commerce and last-mile delivery continued to grow, driving innovation in logistics services. In contrast, the air freight market faced pressure from slower global trade growth.

Sustainability efforts remained a key focus, with increased investments in electric vehicles, green shipping technologies, and sustainable logistics practices. Overall, 2024 was a year of adaptation, with the industry balancing cost pressures and innovation while moving towards a more sustainable future.
